I've been accused of being a hypochondriac.People accept hypochondriacs. And now pharmaceutical companies are using this as a scapegoat.

We all know that fibre is good for us... previously Dr Wright has even explained the different kinds of fibre and what they do.

As I child, my parents often warned me about pumping up the volume of the TV or my radio, or going to rock concerts and the damage these things could cause to my hearing.

Simply put, you could discover ways to prevent - and in some cases even reverse - most health concerns without prescriptions, without side effects and without spending all of your hard-earned cash.

There are so many risks in the world today. The risk of having an accident, the risk of the rand plummeting and losing an investment, the risk of swine flu, the risks associated with any surgery...

Some like theirs sweet, some like theirs bitter, others prefer the smooth version and others go for the chilli... Personally, I prefer the dark, rich variety.

Pounding, throbbing, nausea, vomiting, cold feet, light sensitivity... These are some of the symptoms a colleague of mine suffers from when she experiences a migraine.

You don't need to be a senior citizen to have a senior moment... heaven knows we've all had our own bouts with the memory mistress. But there are a few things you could do to keep yourself sharp and savvy.

I just found out that my best friend (the one I've know for about 23 years) is pregnant... I'm so excited for her. But on hearing this information I'm worried for her<!--Session data-->
