Forget about all that painful, risky and unnatural looking surgery. Here are some natural ways to get rid of wrinkles and crow’s feet.

Forget surgery, here's how to give yourself a natural face-lift...

    * Strengthen your lower eyelids and reduce under-eye puffiness.

Place an index finger at the outer corner of each eye, with your middle fingers at the inner eye corners. Squint strongly with your lower eyelids, trying to move them upwards… now release them. Do this ten times. Then hold the squint and think UP, maintaining the strong squint with your lower eyelids as you count to 40, focusing on the outer and inner eye muscles flexing. Repeat the whole exercise.

    * Strengthen your neck…

Sit upright, tilt your head back and look at the ceiling with your lips closed and relaxed. Start puckering your lips together in a kiss and stretch out as if trying to kiss the ceiling. Count to ten and then relax. Repeat five times.

    * Smooth out the lines on your forehead…

Cover your forehead with the palm of one hand, holding it firmly. Try to push the forehead muscle towards the top of the head, pushing against the resistance of your hand. Hold for a second, then relax. Repeat ten times.

    * Reduce a double chin…

Lie on your back with your knees slightly bent and feet flat on the floor. Slowly raise your head and tuck your chin against your chest. Hold for a second, then slowly lower your head. Repeat ten times, then work your way up to 50 repetitions.

    * Get rid of frown lines…

In a sitting position, place both your index fingers on your forehead so they're parallel on top of each brow. Now pull your fingers down so that they’re a centimetre below the brows. While your fingers press down, push your eyebrows up and release ten times.

Now hold your eyebrows in an ‘up’ position, continuing to keep your fingers pressed down. Do mini-eyebrow press-ups until you feel a tight band of pressure above the brows. Now hold them up and count to 20.

    * Stamp out crow’s feet…

Place your ring and middle fingers at the outer corners of your eyes. Pull the corner towards the hairline and hold. At the same time, squeeze your eyes shut and hold.

See, easy and painless! Try them tonight, and then every morning and evening for a few weeks - I think you'll be surprised at how efefctive they really are.

Kill a stomach bug with cranberry...

Researchers at the University of Massachusetts experimented with different ratios of cranberry and oregano extract to kill Vibrio parahaemolyticus, a bacterium that causes stomach cramps, vomiting and diarrhoea.

It's found in meat and fish and is the cause of many of the West’s food-borne illnesses, So why should something you sprinkle on your pizza have such a great partnership with the stuff you have with your Christmas turkey?

Both plants are known to contain phenolic compounds, which gives them anti-microbial properties.

Scientists reckon the best ratio of oregano and cranberry extract is 75% oregano and 25% cranberry.

You can buy oregano oil and extract of cranberry at most health food shops.

In the name of happiness and success,
