Dear Reader

Welcome to this week’s Labour Bulletin.

Change is afoot! And no, I’m not talking about the results of yesterday’s election. Although I do hope you exercised your democratic right...and made your mark.

The change I’m talking about is your bulletins. You’ve come to expect expert advice every week, and don’t worry, that’s not going to change. We do, however, have two new contributors, Labour Law expert, Lucelle Buchler (writer of the Labour Watch Newsletter) and my colleague, Nadia Pisanti (managing editor of our Labour Watch Newsletter).

Nadia’s writing is always great to read, and Lucelle will join Susan Stelzner, who you’ve come to recognise as the Labour Bulletin expert.

So, from the 7th May you can expect the new format Labour Bulletin. I know you’ll love it.

Retrenchment and how to win at the CCMA

Don’t forget to register for Ivan Israelstam’s seminar on the 8th May. You really can’t afford to miss out on learning how to deal with the issues of retrenchment and winning at the CCMA!

Don’t miss it! Fill in this booking form and send it back to me on 086 537 0866 or sarahjane@fsp.co.za as soon as possible.

Until next time...

Sarah-Jane Bosch
Managing Editor
