Foot odour is caused by sweat which is excreted by more than 500,000 sweat glands in your feet. Save yourself a potentially embarrassing (and smelly!) situation by rubbing cornstarch directly onto the soles of your feet, and spraying any detergent containing benzalkonium chloride into your shoes. Keep your shoes and socks dry and change them regularly. 
WARNING: Benzalkonium chloride is highly toxic to fish and birds so don't use any detergents containing this ingredient near your fish tank, bird bath or birdcage...

Step 1: Place approximately four berries of your choice into a small mixing bowl and mash with a spoon. Mix a few drops of ready-made coffee to darken any colour you create.
Step 2: Now add a spoon of olive oil and stir.
Step 3: Apply to your lips with your finger and leave for a few minutes. Wipe any excess off and voila, natural coloured lips. Add glow by applying lip gloss.
