Dear health-savvy friend,

Now, a new study has found two ingredients in particular that seem to work together to protect you against Alzheimer's disease. One is caffeinate and the other is...

Well, that's where the mystery comes in. A little-known help for depression Not many people know that L-tyrosine could also help relieve depression. That’s because it’s the precursor for the biosynthesis of adrenaline and nor-adrenaline – major energising neurotransmitters.

The co-factors that help transform tyrosine into noradrenaline and adrenaline are copper, vitamin B6, vitamin C and the mineral rubidium.

Dr John Myers (a 1930s-1980s pioneer in the use of minerals and nutrients in medicine) pointed out that tyrosine is also a precursor for the biosynthesis of melanin, the skin’s major natural pigment and the cofactors are the same. (Yes, with sunshine exposure and tyrosine,” you may relieve depression and get a better tan!)

Dr Wright and colleague, Dr Gaby, recently presented this natural breakthrough to a room of doctors, nurses and health professionals.

If you're not a subscriber to Nutrition & Healing, you can access this month's issue, packed with more natural wonders like this one. In fact there are 27 of them to be precise... From migraines, to asthma, alcohol addiction, ADHD, kidney stones, cardiovascular disease and more... The cause of your joint or muscle pain could be lurking in your colon...

That’s right. Because this is where all the pesticides and contaminants in our food wind up. Unfortunately, they often irritate the colon so much, it gets virtually paralysed... or goes spastic!

Either way, it’s not getting rid of the toxins.

And as they collect and spread through your system, the result can be:

• Crohn’s disease...
• Ulcerative colitis...
• Even colon cancer...
