Use these 5 strategies to retain talent
Dear Reader
Welcome to this week’s bulletin.
I knew there was something really important I needed to tell you about...and it suddenly came to me this morning!
A week or two ago I had a look at the Career24 salary survey and it made for interesting reading.
It reminded me how important it is to make sure you’re offering your employees, old and new alike, the remuneration they deserve. If you don’t you’re definitely going to lose your top talent to another company who’ll appreciate him more!
Here are a few tips to help you out.
• Make sure your basic remuneration is fair and just
• Implement incentive schemes
• Have a recognition scheme
• Offer flexible remuneration
• Develop customised, innovative and transparent remuneration strategies and solutions
