Dear Insider Secrets reader,

Do you have a contact list full of old email addresses?

Not sure if the email on that business card you saved from a couple of years ago is still valid?

Simply go to verify-email.org and enter the email address. The system will immediately tell you if it still exists.

Stop rummaging in your ‘sent items’ looking for emails you sent months ago!

Here’s a nifty trick that’ll ensure you never have to spend hours rummaging if you use Microsoft Outlook to send your emails.

In the toolbar, select ‘Tools’, ‘Rules Wizard’ and click the ‘New button’. Select ‘Move Messages I Send To Someone”. And then, one at a time, under ‘Rule Description’, click each of the highlighted items (‘People Or Distribution List and Specified’), and select the appropriate file you want items sent to this person to appear in. Click ‘OK’ and then ‘Finish’. From now on, sending a message to the specified address will place a copy of it in the folder you’ve specified.

Even better, Outlook will still send a copy of the message to your Sent Items folder. This way you should be able to find a ‘lost’ email no matter what.

Never forget to send an attachment again!

Gmail has the solution: When you mention, somewhere in the body of the email, that you’re including an attachment – and you try to send the e-mail without it– a small window pops up saying:

“It seems that you might have forgotten to attach files. Send this message without attachments?”

Click ‘cancel’ and you can add the forgotten attachment.

To set up this application, click on ‘Settings’ and then on ‘Labs’. Scroll down until you see ‘Forgotten Attachment Detector’. Click ‘enable’ and you’re good to go!

Your nomination confirmed

I’m pleased to be the bearer of good news.

In a meeting last month, the editors of our elite services, The Insider (from Insider Secrets), Francois Joubert (from Red Hot Penny Shares) and Warren Jeffrey (from Money Morning) forwarded your name to me. They've nominated you to become part of something very special indeed...

This isn’t an offer to subscribe to a newsletter. It’s not another trading service. And I don’t want money in exchange for some ‘unmissable’ investment opportunity.

But before you read another word, please know...

This is a personal invitation to you alone.

I ask that you don’t pass it onto friends or family.

And we can only keep this door open to you until the 30th of January.

But enough mystery. What’s this all about?

You’ve been chosen to receive an invitation into a very small, very discrete alliance. Accept this invitation before the 30th of January to take advantage of this unmissable opportunity.
