    * Find the clown inside of you... and don't be afraid to let it loose

    * Employ skits and parodies
    * Laugh at yourself when you've done something silly or embarrassing. No one is perfect
    * Tell funny stories. Look for humour in your daily life to share with your partner
    * And most importantly, learn how to laugh again (I mean, really laugh!)
